Looks like there was another attack at approximately 22:13 UTC which may have led to a wave of players being disconnected from TQ (myself included!) but this time it was not as widespread as earlier today. Our engineers were on the case quickly and are monitoring the situation.

If you incur losses due to server issues you can file a support ticket by visiting support.eveonline.com and filing a ticket under the Game Play Support -> Reimbursement and then choose the appropriate subcategory. You can also access the support ticket system in-client by pressing F12 in the clicking on Go to Help Centre. Your reimbursement claim will be reviewed by our customer support team.
