The Solstice event is live now and runs until 12:00 UTC 1 July. Download[vanguard.eveonline.com] the latest build right now from the EVE launcher and jump into the fray. This marks a significant step forward in the development of EVE Vanguard as the ultimate sci-fi sandbox FPS, set in the EVE Universe. 


Among the new additions coming with this event is an immersive yet treacherous new battleground with exotic flora, polluted waters, added verticality, and close-quarter combat that will test Vanguard warclones in unfamiliar terrain.

The update also debuts the adaptive weapon system, allowing players to modify gun behavior with swappable chipsets and switch between firing modes in combat.


New industry-focused objectives, tactical gadgets like proximity mines and motion scanners, and weapon SKINs round out the major additions.


With this combination of features, Solstice represents a leap forward in the evolution of the sandbox FPS experience, and of the Vanguard warclones by the Deathless Circle. Wherever this shrouded organization’s true ambitions may ultimately lie, it is clear that the development of this new breed of immortal warclone – and acquisition of related materials – is one of their top priorities.

TO THE VICTORS GO THE SPOILS Those of you who have participated in previous playtests may be eligible for rewards for your valor in combat. Everyone who participated in the First Strike December event will receive the Arkombine gun SKIN, and those who finished at least four out of six event challenges over the course of the monthly playtests will receive the EDENCOM SKIN. Eligible players will receive further information in their inboxes. In addition to these rewards, all warclones who participate in the Solstice event for at least one hour will receive a commemorative Solstice gun SKIN at a later date, so be sure to drop in and enter the fray to claim this bonus.


JOIN THE GROWING RANKS OF VANGUARD The Solstice event is open to all Omega players, and now is the perfect time to upgrade if you haven’t already. Act now to claim a free 7- day Omega offer[support.evevanguard.com], valid until 20 June.

After that, until 1 July, you can purchase the Warclone Omega Bundle to receive 14 days of Omega along with exclusive Arkombine Arisen SKINs for the Barghest and Moros Navy Issue.

All you have to do as an Omega clone is to install EVE Vanguard and as soon as the Solstice event begins, you’ll be ready for the combat zone.


SEIZE THE MOMENT, SHAPE THE FUTURE Solstice marks the final public event in EVE Vanguard for the coming months, and we encourage all players who want to contribute to its development to participate.
