They grow up to become actual bears though… fluffy cuddle huggable bears.

I feel like I could stream this and everyone would have a good chuckle.

A wise man once said, or just a hero’s phrase, “With great power, comes great responsibility”; while anyone can apply to become ISD, not everyone has the mindset to fulfill the responsibility which they are choosing to take on.

Don’t kick our little puppies , I would rather draw a comparison with kittens ; we’re are cute and like to cuddle, but not afraid to use claws if we have to

Thanks for the support for our ISDs in here you guys, I’ve been working with them quite a bit and I know it can be a tough job at times. As for the suggestions to increase their moderation power - we have things in the works so they won’t always have to wait for us to respond to deal with issues like today.

Is that a contest you want to be in the middle of?

That option is also being considered.

A report is generated for each use of this power which we will be monitoring closely.

Bans and longer term silences are still at CCP’s discretion when ISDs escalate concerns to us.

There will ALWAYS be a report. It’s a check on our power.
