[2019] Eve is a dying game with a toxic community.

At least, that’s what I’d been reading on various subreddits etc in the last few weeks, but last week I though f*ck It, and made an account.

So far I’ve found a wealth of resources (EvE Uni, holy sh*t), and every player I’ve spoken to ingame has gone over and above being friendly and giving tips.

So far I’ve lost a couple rifters and slashers, usually they message me after and give me hints (and even 5 million ISK once), and I’ve had a blast doing it.

I posted on here asking about tackling, and got some fantastic responses, someone recommended some ingame channels and out of game resources for me to use. Speaking to these people and reading lots and lots (and lots), I’ve began my move to Nullsec space, joining a corporation this morning, to follow my dream of becoming a gang scout and tackler.

TL;DR: You guys are awesome and I love this game already.
