Using GeForce Now is the reason you were banned. The EULA expressly doesn't allow using a streaming platform to play the game.
Using GeForce Now / Google Stadia or whatever other Streaming method you want to play EVE is totally fine. Unfortunately it's also why you were banned. That is on CCP; we need to be able to figure out the difference between a fraudster and a new customer. Sorry for the trouble, esteemed poopy246. Please file a ticket and the GM's should get you sorted ASAP.
Eve has player botting problems. My suggestion would be to use a computer if you can. Almost any potato will still run Eve. You are likely to run into this problem again even if you successfully create an account and are able to play for a while.

If I can get my account back (which doesn't seem likely based on what I've heard), I'll just play EVE natively. I only tried it on GeForce cause that's how I play all my other games.
You can use it and you being banned is probably a mistake on CCP's behalf. Sorry about that. The thing is, fraudsters use the service as well, and you probably looked like a fraudster to someone, and then you were banned as a precaution. Very sorry for the trouble.
