Hi there. I recived a ban from the game after trying to log in on a older laptop i had in my childhood home i am visiting at summertime.

I upgraded the 7yr orld computers to win10 and normally requested login verifications and got them. It worked on the forst laptop but as i logged in on the second one it banned all the accounts i tried to access from that computer.

I have been trying to resolve the issue as the ban states it has to do with alpha account abuse. I dont have a single alpha account and all are omega and been paid for. I dont bot, run scripts or any other BS that could cause a ban.

So now i try desperately to contact CCP staff to work this out as it is clearly a security measure to protect my accounts, witch i appreciate, but it has been 4½ days now since this happened and i havent gotten any response on my tickets.

Has anyone here had similar issues that have been worked out with CCP staff or is the ban just permanent and there is nothing i can do about this ?

You actually have two tickets that are still showing in our system as open from 2017.

Both have been answered, both issues have been resolved and both have timed out and been archived.

Hey dude,

Not sure about the specifics of your case, but if your account has been locked down for security reasons, it can take some time to get to the front of the queue as our security team deal with a sh*tload of ticket traffic relating to compromised accounts.

Yeah, bug reports and tickets are two very different things - if you have an EBR that's still open, then afaik it's still being worked on :)

Also some automated message that it is being investogated or even taken care of would be a good start.

Or even better if a ban occurs the account e-mail will recive a notification of it and steps how to get forward. Not all know (like me) what i should be even doing to get unbanned. So i filed tickets on all accounts and am baffled that not a single respond came through expecy for the one that it has been recived.

So how about a GM contacts me and starts to work with me to clarify this and were all good and can end this on a highnote.

Sorry man, there's not a great deal we can do to speed things up - you're currently in a specific queue with other people who're experiencing the same problem.
