[2019] CCP - Where are the SoE Hulls we were promised?

In the XVI Anniversary announcement (located here: https://www.eveonline.com/article/pqq67x/xvi-anniversary-celebrate-16-years-of-amazing-stories )
It is stated. " There’s all manner of gifts and rewards up for grabs including celebratory trinkets, faction ammunition, exclusive XVI anniversary SKINs, apparel and even a monocle, as well as Servant Sisters of EVE hulls, celebratory Permaband SKINs and clothing, along with fireworks and abyssal filaments."

However there are no SoE hulls listed! Only SoCT hulls...

Some of us were hoping for a new hull from SoE.
