Completely true. We just included it for completeness and it should be fixed with the patch tomorrow.
This can happen, if you have an extra server enabled, like Thunderdome or Duality, which is currently not used. If this is the case, then please disable the extra server and it should hopefully work.
Hmmm, not sure then. There might be stray files in this SharedCache folder, which could trigger this maybe. Maybe there are any hints in launcher logs?

Hey there, this is the only such report I’ve seen so far so it doesn’t seem to be a problem with the release but we’re double checking just to be sure.
For now please head https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us and put in a ticket about this so technical support can have a look for you as well.
Seems some of the sites that had previously broken on Thursday are stuck that way until they time out and despawn. We’ve closed out that offending site from your report so it should spawn back properly.

Just wanted to pass along the following message from CCP Caffeine on the Trojan alert issue. Looks to be a false flag and we’ve passed the information along to Microsoft who’s heuristics are flagging it. Might take a couple days for them to update and this should go away.
We’re aware of the issue with tactical overlay vectors not showing. We’ve found the issue and are currently working on a fix for this.
