[2019] How do I pay for subscriptions in RUB?

Hello.

I wanted to ask, how can I pay for subscriptions in RUB instead of USD. I tried using a Russian VPN but the account website still shows the amount in USD.

For context as to why, I am from a third world country, and a student. For even like a couple accounts, it takes away a chunk for me. On top of that, the currency has seriously been devalued so it costs twice as much nearly now. The subscription cost in RUB is much more reasonable for me, and it is in my currency the same amount it was for USD before devaluation.

So, how do I pay for it in RUB? Thanks in advance.
