[2021] Some months back, this concept art for upcoming Season 3 skins was posted here, but what ever happened to this Christmas lights skin (circled)? Will it ever be released, or was it scrapped?

More costumes are concepted in 2D art than are then made into 3D costumes. I've not seen a 3D version of this, so I assume it's one that didn't quite make it.
