I cannot - is this happening since the season update for you? Or has it always happened?

Well its always been in the game ever since the first week of the games release but somehow its always just gone unnoticed, my guess is that it has something to do with the lower graphics settings because I'm really the only person I know of that uses minimum settings and I'm the only one that seems to have this problem.
