I submitted this clip to Mediatonic because I feel like the bar slowing down and suddenly speeding up led to my unfair elimination. I have submitted clips like this in the past and they have provided compensation for the issues. But not this time. This time they said that the latency was my responsibility. I have questions:
- How is this my responsibility?
- Why was I previously provided with compensation but not this time? What has changed?
I have asked Mediatonic Support these questions but they have not provided an answer.

I have just reviewed your video clip and as the issue seems to be caused by lag, we, unfortunately, won't be able to compensate you. I'll make sure to pass on your feedback in regards to the issue internally, so we can take it into consideration during the further development of that game.
