im not seeing any cosmetics on pc
We had some issues on PS earlier that are slowly resolving. You may have another update to download - can you check that for me or restart your console?

Where are my trophies on ps5?
Were you previously a PS4/5 player and have updated the same app, or have you moved from Steam to PS?
I used ps4 and steam. Had platinum on p4 when I moved over to steam, and most of the achievements didn’t sync, but some did. Trying ps5 version now and no achievements have synced

My trophies didn’t transfer from the PS4 version to the new PS5 version. Is that a problem on my end or is it something that will be fixed eventually? I’ve only ever played on PS4

Started playing from launch on ps4 but lost everything apparently. Just downloaded it on PC: nothing. Re downloaded it on ps4: Also nothing. Any help?
Can you log into your Epic ID on the PC and check that you've not accidentally made a new Epic Account on PC, and that you've not linked that new Epic Account to your PS?
Just in case - it's actually kinda common for us.
No same epic account on both devices. Even got the notification on my ps4 that I'm linked.

For the biggest issue, that has resolved about 80% of problems. We have had some issues outside of that with players accidentally making new Epic IDs, and similar things like that - which Support are able to clearly see and resolve on their side :)

Downloaded and logged in in Epic Games first (account linked to PSN), didn't have my cosmetics. Just logged in on PSN and didn't have my cosmetics either, was my account wiped or can I get my cosmetics back if I contact support to make the PSN the primary one?

Just downloaded on PS5, but can’t get anywhere after accepting EULA. Keeps telling me to sub to PS Plus.

I still dont see my cosmetics. I started playing the game the day it came out on plus and earned tons of cosmetics so when I heard the game went f2p with cross progression I reinstalled the game on pc but there was no cosmetics. I thought maybe game bugged ot something went wrong in cross progression and installed the game on ps4 but same issue. When I opened the game on ps4 it gave me all the trophies I earned which was weird cuz I already have them (even the trophies related tocosmetics). When I looked at my trophies there were 2 different fall guys game. My epic and ps accounts are correctly linked cuz there is no problem when playing fortnite on both platforms. Please help :(

This part is easy:

We had a new PS App earlier this year when we changed our publisher over to Epic Games, so that is why your trophies popped again!
For the cosmetics issue, it sounds like you might have a different Epic Games account linked on PC. Have you checked if your PC and your PS are using the same Epic ID?
I installed fall guys for free on epic with my ps4 account linked and once going in I have no items so I went on my ps4 and it told me to log in with epic so I did and now I have no items, I’ve been playing since season 1 and only had a couple items but it would be nice to have them
