We had some issues on PS earlier that are slowly resolving. You may have another update to download - can you check that for me or restart your console?

Can you log into your Epic ID on the PC and check that you've not accidentally made a new Epic Account on PC, and that you've not linked that new Epic Account to your PS?

For the biggest issue, that has resolved about 80% of problems. We have had some issues outside of that with players accidentally making new Epic IDs, and similar things like that - which Support are able to clearly see and resolve on their side :)

This part is easy:

We had a new PS App earlier this year when we changed our publisher over to Epic Games, so that is why your trophies popped again!

For the cosmetics issue, it sounds like you might have a different Epic Games account linked on PC. Have you checked if your PC and your PS are using the same Epic ID?
