As the title suggests no body has been able to play in Oceanic without massive lag and disconnects and mediatonic is still denying it’s happening.

Hey - for my info can you point me to where we've denied this? Honest Q as that doesn't sound right but please pop me a link.

We've been sent multiple tickets for this over the weekend and our CS team has flagged for investigation - but we've only had this spike in reports from the past few days from what I can see.

Ah I see. That's likely because this issue is new and at the time of reporting the team weren't aware it was widespread yet, if that makes sense? Because disconnects are often a local machine issue (but now we know this isn't the case for this)

No updates yet as it's still being diagnosed! I know that ping could be high with region selector but using that in the meantime should help. I can't give you an ETA on a fix or anything until we know what's up.

Yeah absolutely :)! Incidentally, you might be able to help. Is it always happening on a certain round, and, are you playing main show or Slime Survivors?
