We've been sent multiple tickets for this over the weekend and our CS team has flagged for investigation - but we've only had this spike in reports from the past few days from what I can see.
I went on your website submitted a support ticket and had one of your workers say it was an issue on my end when it clearly is not.
After several back and forths I just gave up on the support ticket.
Any updates on whether Oceanic servers are able to be played again?
Ah I see. That's likely because this issue is new and at the time of reporting the team weren't aware it was widespread yet, if that makes sense? Because disconnects are often a local machine issue (but now we know this isn't the case for this)
No updates yet as it's still being diagnosed! I know that ping could be high with region selector but using that in the meantime should help. I can't give you an ETA on a fix or anything until we know what's up.
Oh okay that’s fine would you be able to update on what the issue is when you find out? People are disconnecting mid round 1 and we can’t get a game
Yeah absolutely :)! Incidentally, you might be able to help. Is it always happening on a certain round, and, are you playing main show or Slime Survivors?
