Wife only has 17 hours in this game, and she loved it until she was falling endlessly through space unable to join a game. I opened cases with support and they just banned her claiming she used 3rd party plugins and apps.... 1. My wife doesn't know what any of that stuff is and 2. She's still never won a game on my account or her own. My wife is extremely P'd off, and I can't blame her. I've opened multiple support cases requesting more information and an unban, and if they couldn't unban her then to give her the money back so that she could buy it on her console. NO, they can't even do that. Same canned response over and over. Any idea what I should have her do?

The only thing I know to do now is try and Twitter shame to create some traction in hopes someone will respond to me. If anyone wants to follow my wife's cause, I made a Twitter for the first time exclusively for my wife's Fall Guys account and trying to get her account back or a refund. @ DrewRea
