[2022] Please Help

So I used to play Fall Guys on my PS4 when it first came out and I had a ton of stuff in that account. About a year ago I got a Pc and hadn’t played Fall Guys since. Today Fall Guys went free to play and some people got their things back but I didn’t. I know that my PlayStation Account has to be linked to my Epic games (which it is) but I still don’t have anything. I also figured out that you need to make the Epic Games the primary account but I’m not sure how to do that. I went to the fall guys support website and I can submit a request but I’m not sure if that’s why I’m supposed to do or how long It will take. Any idea on how to help would be much appreciated.
