[2022] Anyone else feeling ill when playing the switch port in docked mode?

Right so this is going to sound dramatic and exaggerated but it can't just be me. I play games alot and never end up with headaches or sickness from them but I just sat down on my lunchbreak excited to try the switch port and finally play this in my living room and I've got a killer headache and feel ill after 25 mins and have had to stop.

I don't know if it's the framerate or what but I've never had this outside vr and it's kinda wild that I've had to put the controller down.

Anyone else had a similar experience or is this purely coincidental and bad timing?
