It does! We're going to be monitoring things over the next few days to see if it needs tweaking any further.
they dont need a patch to change the round selection probability. they can control that on the server side.
This is true but we still have to push new data live, so generally we try to bundle both config changes and client updates together to lower the logistical overhead!
