Those are two very different things to fix, or implement. There isn't a queue of things we do that we work through one by one; things are fixed and developed in parallel, with varying complexities needed for them, and often different disciplines and teams needed for them.

The bug you're mentioning that we'd hoped was fixed in our recent patch has continued to be investigated after yesterday's update. We're hoping to have positive information on it soon, but right now it is still being looked at extensively.

I know they are 2 completely different things. But why not focus on the more important stuff like this bug instead of putting a new level in a broken game mode.

Loads of people are posting vid's where they clearly won, but somehow the game decides to give the victory to a team that already lost. This is a huge problem in my opinion. But obviously i'm mistaken. My bad. Let's all rejoice and be happy that slime climb is now a squads mode level. Woohoo!

I think that the negative sentiment on the comment is probably because it's based on a bit of a misconception - additionally the incorrect victory bug you're flagging here is one that we are very vocal about looking into actively (we hate it too). The "why don't you focus on X" bit is the part I am trying my best to explain so that it helps understanding of how this works for us at the moment.

We'd hate to deny good improvements because other bugs are lingering. I am also sure many people who have been playing the game for a while know that adding these other updates fast and proactively is something a little newer to us that we've been excited to start doing. Ideally, that bug wouldn't be there right now, but it is - that doesn't mean whilst that is being looked at we shouldn't continue making improvements elsewhere.

True. But you see this on alot of forums nowadays. If your critical or negative you are immediately downvoted. Even if you make a great comment or valid points. A creepy and sad development in my opinion.

I know you folks have alot on your plate. And i know it must not be easy to fix something like this. Buried in all kinds of layers of code from different updates.

Absolutely. It's always good to add new things and improve the overall experience and enjoyment of the game. Sure. Just please focus on this horrible bug as soon as you all can and try to exile it from the game. Would make me and many other players happy campers. 👍

One way we could do Hoverboard Heroes in the short team is be be a survival round, but with a timer that ends before you get to the flippers. That way everyone who survives gets the same amount of points. Feels like a bit of shame to not get the payoff at the end but could work as a quick-win while we figure out a more elegant solution!

Every team member who passes this gets a certain amount of points. Meaning if a player falls off they won't pass anymore checkpoints which means the total team gets less points for every checkpoint they didn't make. With the final checkpoint being the flipper part?

Checkpoints being placed after every group of obstacles, such as after the laser part, the projectiles part, low grav with slime slide, Swinging lasers and flipper finish.

Yeah, stuff like that we can totally do but doing 'custom' implementation takes time and needs a build update to go live (which has a much higher overhead for the team and slows other things down). Things like Slime Climb squads we can just do with the tools we already have and don't need a new hotfix to go live, so we prefer to do them if we can!

Short Circuit is weird one because although it plays like a race it actually uses the scoring system from Hoopsie Legends. Once we implement team scoring (which we're working on) for those rounds then we can include Short Circuit too.
