[2020] I can't get into a game.

I have been playing the winter knockout show and after getting past tundra run the preview for the next game just shows a white picture with no name, no how to play section and no category. This happened in two rounds after which i just started falling endlessly when i tried to join a game. I know the falling forever thing happened to cheaters at one point. Is it possible i have been falsely flagged for cheating? I have been practicing a skip in tundra run where i dive right before the first fan and fly over the punchy things. Could me repeatedly doing this skip have flagged me as a cheater? Or are the servers just down?
