[2021] Can't claim January bundle with prime gaming

Hello.

I claimed the December bundle with prime gaming with no problems. But now when I try to claim the January bundle it says its already claimed but it doesn't appear on my account, neither the skin or the 6500 kudos.

Someone can help?
