For a while we've been investigating issues on Oceanic servers. We identified a faulty server, yeeted it, and replaced it, which should now fix this issue.
We've automatically identified around 18k players who were affected, and awarded each player 10 crowns - these will be in accounts over the next 48 hours!

Getting the waiting for rewards bug again on eu servers also the fame pass is gone, I’m missing shards so far and I just won a thin ice but as I can’t remember what my crowns were before I started the match I’ve no idea if I’m missing a crown. Will every thing still get awarded later with a fix or should I stop playing for the day until a fix happens?
Hey Damicky - just posted a thread on this. I am not sure what will happen with the unclaimed rewards, we haven't had word about that just yet. It should be a matter of a few hours tops, not days though - maybe check back in about 30 mins and I should have some progress to share in that thread.
