External link →They absolutely do! We had some issues on PS earlier that are slowly resolving. You may have another update to download - can you check that for me or restart your console?
Sorry to hijack this thread to ask, but is there a way to change which Epic account is linked to my Switch?
I've played on PS4 since S1 and have a lot of progress there, but I think my Switch logged into a different Epic account, so it's like a new account. Is there a way to log out/log in with my actual Epic account?
I believe that if you log into Epic on your PC with the incorrect account, you can unlink Switch, and then when you go to log into Switch again it should ask you for a fresh Epic ID! Let me know if those steps work for you. This happened to me on PS and that is how I sorted it from memory.
This has me a bit worried as I just downloaded Fall Guys on my XboxOne and I couldn’t see any of my progress. I read in the support that it is recommended to log into your first account but I can’t as my PS4 doesn’t want to turn on any more

So your PS4 is no longer operational (I assume due to Fall Guys?) and so you can't log into that account right now?
The progress not loading may actually be due to the PS issue earlier but, more widespread than we first thought. That is currently slowly resolving.
No, it no longer responds to being turned on by either the power button or the controller. I have sent it to Sony’s repair center multiple times with it returning fully functional only to return to the same power problem as before. Even the help line’s advice to find a different outlet didn’t help.
By no means did Fall Guy cause this. The last game played was No Mans Sky when I shut off my PS4 from my controller, I am saying this to ensure you that again Fall Guys did not cause this!!! But because I can’t afford to fix my current PS4 or buy a new PS5 (upgrading time!!!!) I am just going to have to wait.
So with that being said that can’t access my old account from my PS4. Eventually I will get back on when I get a PS5 though…eventually

When you last played your PlayStation, did Fall Guys have Epic linked accounts yet?
I last played it about a year ago while going to school so money was tight and that’s why I couldn’t get it fixed. But I did link my accounts when I found out about the cross-progression
Okay - so a few things. You can first of all contact our Supportteam but also try this:
Log into Epic Games on your PC and sign into your PlayStation account through it - you may be able to link your PS info to Epic using your computer. If you can do that, then you can sign into your Epic Games ID and it may sync your old PS data.
I haven't tried that specifically before, but based on my experience with EGS, it may work!
So, I just booted up the game only to find all my skins gone, all inventory wiped. I needed to switch my steam from to my second epic account so I unlinked it from the first epic account and linked it to my epic account for xbox and still nothing showing up. All those neat skins I had earned over the years are now gone :(.
Don't worry, they'll be back once we figure out what happened!
Try logging into your Epic Account on your PC and double check that the epic account you want linked, is definitely linked to your xbox. Let me know if it is.
