If you aren't aware, this is where we put our most prevalent issues. You may not find every issue you encounter with the game on here. Any issue you encounter outside of this board should (please!) be sent to Customer Support. More details on that at the end of this post!
We are currently looking at a new way to highlight visual issues (for example, costume clipping incorrectly or incorrect colours) separately from this Trello board but, if you have any of those, do post below and contact Support still!
Here are your headlines:
SquadsWe are continuing to investigate the issue where Squads who finish 7th in a level that allows 7 to qualify are spontaneously eliminated. Thanks for your continued patience for this tricky little bug. There's been great progress on it this week and I hope to have great news for you soon!
Issues with grabbing, climbing, and holding objects
Some players are experiencing issues with the above and the team are investigating this. We believe the above issues are linked but we'll continue to look into it and hopefully have some positive changes for affected players soon.
This covers situations such as:
- Inability to climb platforms, or just dropping down
- Continuously missed dive-grab connections
- Inability to pick up Basketballs, Pegwins, Batteries
We are pretty certain this is happening to players experiencing high ping. If you encounter this, please send Support a note and they will ask for further details as soon as you can! We appreciate it!
Collision physics issuesThis covers both bean-to-bean collisions (for example, if you're a player that gets sent flying when they are knocked into) AND collisions when holding objects (i.e, if you're knocked into when holding a Battery, the Battery goes flying into the ether). We're investigating improvements for this.
There is a chance they are tied to the above issues but we will know more throughout the next week!
Challenges
Our Customer Support team are actively logging reports on challenges that are failing to complete correctly. Though many have been fixed, we are continuing to identify any that come up and do not work as intended.

PlayStation Skyline Stumble Visual Issues
On Playstation, Skyline Stumble appears to have a floor on it where a floor should not be! We're looking into this.
And for some other updates, the Invisble Fan in Freezy Peak issue is looking to be resolved soon. We're looking to QA and as a result, it is now in Fix Pending.
Snow for PC has also now moved to Fix Pending!
For all else, I suggest taking a look at the board! If you feel there is an issue that isn't there but should be, feel free to comment below but also do write to our Support team. Notice I keep spamming that your way? It's because we really, really need reports to go that way. We can't do much just from text or video based posts here, we need to be able to look at accounts and see what happens on a server level for many of these things!
Now some other updates:
The results of the Fan Favourites II show that we're looking at soon have been collected! I am excited to reveal to you what is in there 👀 check back on the Sub on Sunday at 1pm GMT for that!
We pushed a small content update earlier that removed one round from Roll Call after feedback! I hope you enjoy! Pesky extra round is still there but with less eliminations. I've escalated this!
Clears Throat: We've fixed the fix we fixed! We have now genuinely removed a round from Roll Call.
AND, we recently stealthily adjusted the Main Show. We've lowered the frequency of Team games after seeing feedback that they were appearing too frequently for players. This has a knock-on into number of players in a final at the moment. We're going to keep tweaking and experimenting with Main Show weightings as time goes on for sure so please feel free to leave feedback here on what you like or what can be improved in that. It's an open discussion :)!

Do you have an issue to report? Our Support Team is the best way to get these looked at in detail, and the best way to keep these logged from our side. Here's the direct link to filing a ticket that bypasses a few pages on the Help site: https://support.fallguys.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
You can do it even if you're not sure if you're experiencing an actual issue (i.e, your game crashes a lot, you aren't sure if it's your computer or the game). We'd rather check it out and confirm that nothing strange is going on, than not have a report at all!
I am always happy to discuss issues and do what I can here, but it is not my primary function and I am nowhere near as clued up as our support team on technical issues, and do not have the account visibility they do :).
