  • Brand new round added!
  • More than 40 variations added for existing rounds

  • Godzilla, Sonic and Goose Game costumes are available in the regular store!

Bug fixes:

  • When a player was spectating, the Post Processing effects were turned off on the client resulting in a washed out/faded appearance
  • Addressed performance degradation in certain rounds, especially ones containing egg objects
  • Fixed crashes in the Customiser due to low memory on certain machines
  • Being eliminated from the first round and then spectating resulted in no background audio for some remaining rounds
  • Improved Fall Guys ragdolling excessively when walking on puncher objects

  • [Hex-A-Gone] During gameplay, the client seemed to temporarily 'freeze' everything before suddenly resuming

Why is royal fumble now can be chosen with more than 6 people? Its now an Rng fest if its 7-9 players

We're looking into this at the moment.

It shouldn't be happening our side, but I have seen a report of it here. I'm trying to catch it myself in-game, but would hugely appreciate it if someone could capture a screenshot or similar for me next time it happens so I can help the team!

Please note that Ice Climb is referring to Freezy Peak! Hoping to get that updated in the notes when we can.

Roll off speed has been slowed down is this intentional?

Intended! And good to flag here. This final was causing some players to feel unwell/vertigo, and we really don't want that to happen!

Isnt that "the point"?

At no point do we want players to actually feel unwell, no.

Still, i just think that making it slower gives time for grabbers to grief people more instead of focusing on the wheel. Making it fast to me is like "the point" to get good at the final, to overcome the dizzyness.

We'll definitely keep an eye to make sure this final is still competitive, but for now, the benefits of this change outweigh the negatives.

I played a perfect match round where a penguin was spawned in. What is the point of the penguin?

Honestly we've chucked pegwins into random levels because we love them. There's no real objective. They're just there, existing.

I'm quite surprised to see that there isn't a general understanding of how important it is to not make players feel unwell, or sick.

We're working in general on accessibility over the next year, as games should. We don't want to cut players out because a mechanic in the game makes them feel sick when we can make a small change to be more inclusive.

There is a big difference between that and people just moaning. There was, in fact, a big thread on here just four days ago about how this was impacting a player and they were trying everything they could to not feel unwell. We don't want that; nobody should.

/u/trichoglossusbee I 've noticed it's not possible to grab on to ledges in Wall Guys when the wall has a flipper (Slingus Flingus) on top of it . Is this a known issue?

Yep, this is now known after the release, alongside the walls no longer coming down in some variations.

The aim of accessibility in all industries is to try and make your product, building, game, et al more accessible to as many people as possible - regardless of how small the cohort you are trying to accommodate to is. I support that wholeheartedly and encourage most people to do the same if they have the ability and influence.

That aside, we didn't conduct the work based on that thread, but it was the most recent example. I don't think this ruins the final.

Changes like the latter would be fantastic and general customisation like that is definitely something we'd love to look at, but until then, making changes to accommodate is also great.

I explained accessibility as a direct reply to:

The point is that player was 1 out of 10,000+ players. For every 1 player that gets motion sickness from Roll Off, there’s likely 10 more that were fine.

We have now added Dr Fall into the regular store, and removed the bugged variation of Wall Guys with ledges unable to be grabbed!

Stitch-Up appeared in my store again. Coincidence, or should I be terrified? Only tomorrow will tell...

Came into my store yesterday, left as it should today. 😅

Wall guys is completely unplayable, you can't climb ledges at all anymore

We have since disabled this variation due to that!

Ok then how about colorblind options..?

High prio as heck to us, small changes over time more lilkely than big overhauls. Need to regroup back with the team on it and see where we can start working things in to help.
