I was in a final on Squad mode with my squad, the server had this lag spike for all of us, I was the only one to disconnect, my team wins the game and they get their 20 shards while I get nothing.

External link →Could you let support know and send Player Logs for it, if there was an issue server side the timing there would help us identify it (or, if you know a rough window of time that you were playing and can send me over your Support ID in a message I can check with the team?)
If everyone had a spike it's worth us looking at it for sure!
I sent it into support and told them the entire team felt the lag spike. But in the end they told me they couldn't give me the Shards cause their policy doesn't allow compensation for connection issues. I'm not sure I can send in player logs, I'm on PS4. I sent them my Support ID as well.
PS4 is really tricky indeed for logs, ack! OK for now it sounds like you've followed all the right steps for the team to look at it - just popped you a chat asking for your Support ID too so I can take a peek.
