Thank you! The blade is made from frosted acrylic tubing with a clear duralar sheet wraped inside to help diffuse the light from the led inside. It slots into a larger acrylic tube which is the base for the handle. The handle has worbla thermoplastic over top for all the detailing with a bit of EVA foam in a few parts for structure!
