Hello fellow wastelanders! Boy do I have a story for you.

Once upon a time, I encountered a player at a queen fight and it went pretty good. Didn't think much of it. A few days later, I noticed this person on the same server, and launched a nuke because of how easy the queen went down that previous day. So, f*ck it. I added this person as a friend and whenever I saw them on, I joined their game and repeat.

Whatever, it's cool. One day, this individual dropped me some cranberry relish and we ran into a nuked Whitesprings to f*ck some sh*t up.

Now let's fast travel a little bit.

One day I was doing something on their server and needed screws, so I sent a message and was told, "if you help me with this, I'll drop you screws." So, I fast travel to her and lo and behold... it was A PUZZLE BASE!

I didn't know the gender of this person until this day when they used their mic. And ya know what? We had a f*cking blast and spent almost a week trying to tackle this f*cking thing with her and another friend of mine.

Goddamn, was she a delight. Funny as hell. Logical. Just a pleasure to be around.

I'm gonna leave out a few details for privacy sake, but due to her location, turns out she was able to help me out with some records for my record collection, so I asked for her IG just as a way to send a message.

...

And that has led to where we are now. I flew from the east coat. She flew from the west coast. We are in New Orleans going on our first actual date and spending a week together and plan on visiting each other's cities regularly, or... possibly moving across the damn country.

Devs. Because of you, because of 76 - you were able to bring two 30-somethings together and make us a couple.

Edit.

She's even more amazing in person.

Edit 2.

She crouched, opened up her trade menu and gave me a wedding ring. We also hopped to the top of Fort Defiance for wedding photos shortly after. Dunno how to post em, but I'll figure it out.

Edit 3.

We are on Xbox.
