[2020] Has anybody else had their screen freeze, then lose your whole friends list?

Last night my screen froze, which has never happened before. I've only had the typical server freeze, disconnect etc. but then a message popped up about friends list and now all my friends are gone. Husband tried a few things but friends are all gone. Thankfully I can see the player names another way once Bethesda fixes it....I hope...
