Hey everyone. I have 5 pieces of secret service armor with the Powered effect (AP refresh). I have always run action boy thinking this was needed. I watched a video the other day that said if you have 3 or more pieces of powered armor the effect of Action Boy / Girl is so limited it is not even worth running the card. Is this true? If so using alternate cards due to my armor perks would be amazing.
Another question bonus: Is having 5 pieces of powered armor worth it? Should I strive for other secondary perks?
