[2019] Anyone else getting random technical data in your inventory?

I've had a problem before with the game giving me a technical data when joining a new server, but now I'm just getting giant batches of it out of nowhere. I had 27 in my inventory when I logged on today. I can't figure out how to replicate it either, when I pick up TD sometimes it all just becomes one in my inventory. Is anyone else getting this?
