[2019] Deathclaw extra claw plan is currently unobtainable.

I know I've said before that it is obtainable, but recent research into the plan and its loot list has revealed that this is not the case.

Currently the plan recipe_mod_melee_DeathclawGauntlet_Hook "Plan: Deathclaw Gauntlet Extra Claw" [BOOK:002B42C6] is part of the loot list

LLD_Creature_Deathclaw [LVLI:0002EF6C] -> LLS_Creature_Deathclaw [LVLI:0008E3AE] -> LLE_Creature_Deathclaw [LVLI:0008E3AA].

The direct list for this being LLE_Creature_Deathclaw [LVLI:0008E3AA]. This list has a [LVLG: Chance None Global Value] that points to ExtraMeatChance [GLOB:0008E3A7] which is set at 100. This means that this loot list (along with others that mostly only contain meat, junk, or small amounts of caps) has a 100% chance of not having anything pulled from it.

Unlike a lot of other loot lists which have globals named something like LL_Container_ChanceNone_ZERO_ECON [GLOB:00369793] or LL_Container_ChanceNone_Medium_ECON [GLOB:00361350] this one seems to be named as in this is the chance you should have to get extra meat. This causes the entire list to be unaccessible.

I know most of this means little to a lot of people, but the TL;DR is that the extra claw deathclaw gauntlet plan is unobtainable as of right now.
