I have received the facebreaker plan, read it, equipped the needed perks and have the materials listed but still cannot craft Facebreaker power fist. Is this a known bug or is there some trick outside of crafting menu to make it.

The Facebreaker currently cannot be crafted or repaired (The exception being with a Repair Kit.) This will be fixed in our next update.
We've included a note about this on the Patch Notes now. I apologize the note was not in there when the Patch notes were posted, it's in the other languages but somehow missed the English copy.
