[2019] Has anyone else seen the pied piper in fallout 76

I was walking through the forest when all of a sudden I heard music as if it was from a flute and then I saw a mr handy leading a pack of rats and non of them attacked me, they just followed him, it was a very weird experience but it’s those small things in fallout games that makes them brilliant EDIT:It was an eyebot not a mr handy
