I am not sure what to do... I've done 2 events, got some prime meat. Asked several dozens of people and no one seems to know either. Is Graham in a fixed spot now for the event period or do we need to randomly find him on his route? Does anyone know what's next? o.o

You should be able to start collecting some Prime Meat now from Primal Cuts events, but Grahm has a few last minute preparations to make before his first Meat-Cook Event kicks off about 1hr 20min from now. After that, Grahm's Meat-Cook will appear on the Map every hour on the hour.
