Yesterday, I encountered two 3-star legendary enemies, one of which dropped a drill and the other a syringer. With today's patch notes that "Legendary Creatures: Now always drop a legendary item on death." I figured that issue was solved and posting about my experience was no longer relevant. Then today, post patch, a 3*** dropped a clean coffee cup. Pretty sure that takes the cake in the "useless drops" category.

So Bethesda, unless Ghoul's aren't considered creatures, please test your patches a bit more prior to release.
