[2019] Bethesda please give us a place to view who purchased what item and for how much from our vending machines

Someone purchased an X-Cell, and only that, that I had listed for 3 caps (all aid items are 3 caps or less), and I only had one in there. However, I received 25 caps. I didn't catch their name either so I had no idea who purchased it.

I was given an extra 22 caps, so I'm assuming someone is missing 22 caps. But I have no way of a) finding out who, and b) giving it back to them.

I have illegitimate caps, and I know I'd be shattered if a large portion of caps was removed from my overall amount
