External link →Hi guys, I asked about this and it's not intended. It's part of the same issue that resulted in the event rewards being locked to 1-star. Sorry about some of the weirdness with the event rewards this time! We'll get both the 1-star rewards and %chance to not get a drop addressed before the next run of Fasnacht.
