[2021] is this unique to me or has this glitch happen to other?

i’ve gotten back onto the pc version of fallout and been smelting and crafting ammo. i’ve been getting stuck when i exit the crafting station and most of the time i can fast travel to get out of it but a small percent of the time i can’t even bring up the map.
