[2019] Bethesda is this a typo?

On the Legendary Vendor it states that it releases on the 23rd of May, is this supposed to be April because if you do the math, that's about 2 weeks with no content and it's a Thursday.

I'm wondering due to the release of Ever Upwards and then the announcement of Nuclear Winter.
