This is being rolled out to players now! Some are already seeing it in their crafting benches listed as "Mountain Scout Out". If you do not see yours yet, hang tight and keep checking. All the entitlements will be finished by the end of the month.
I have the outfit but the face wear portion of it glitched out and it doesn't display in the Atomic Shop, thus it doesn't let me use it in-game.

Hey id like to mention the new gauss pistol is very buggy. Crit shots consistently miss in vats at close range,even when targets are stationary. Regular attacks in vats miss alot aswell even when its 95%. In both the crit and regular attack situations you can watch the projectile go right over the top enemy, and this is at close range,target sitting stilI and character not moving .
Next the rate of fire is weird,not sure if its intentional or not. But you can hip fire and ADS fire much faster than it lets you in vats, havent seen this on anynother gun.
Lastly, as shown in this video charge shot vs regular shot damage is off and the damage numbers do not line up with the damages being applied.

We're currently investigating a few issues with VATS for all weapons. As for the ADS fire and the charge shot VS regular shot we can take a closer look at that as well. Thank you for the videos those are super helpful!
