[2019] How about a gift container for you base

I would like a container that I could place in my base where I stash items for other players to take. To balance it they could count that toward your actual stash space.

Right now I just drop these in front of other players or leave them in the blue suit case at a train station. A permanent container in my base would survive server crashes though.
