[2020] Request for Hacked Bethesda Account

Hi all,

I'm at my wit's end on this matter which is why I'm posting here. I hope Bethesda can reach out to me after this. I own copy of Fallout 76 on that account.

I received two email notifications from Bethesda stating my Bethesda account email and password have been changed. I submitted a ticket to no reply. (This way 3 days ago)

The login address was from Russia when I clearly stay a continent away. Bethesda, please reach out - How was the login not flagged as suspicious?

What I'm most sad about is that my Fallout progress will probably be wiped.

Please assist me, Bethesda mods!
