I played a few hours today and encountered several Legendary enemies, mostly the one star and non-star ones, that did not give legendary loot at all. I checked their corpse and was like "well, let me loot the area and come back again" but no, nothing.
They simply stopped dropping any legendaries for me. Only 2+ Stars Legendary seem to work reasonably well. Does anyone have the same issue?
