Who exactly do I email about this? These pieces used to be 3*. I thought I was crazy at first, double/ triple checked my stash and inventory, but these are definitely what I've had equipped. This is a huge issue, these were expensive pieces that I worked hard for. I literally shut the game down afraid that I might lose more gear and progress. I didn't even think to check my weapons.
Any other reports of this happening?

External link →This is a fan forum, the mods don't work for Bethesda. You can open a ticket at https://help.bethesda.net/app/incident10, but they'll tell you they don't have the tools to restore items.
The community managers include /u/ladydevann, /u/valseek, /u/jessbethesda (among others), probably the best they can do is gather some info and have the devs check into why it happened.
This sucks, but you're probably SOL.
