TL;DR: GF almost died, I hit the wasteland lottery but not the one you're thinking of.
On Monday this week I had to take my fiancee to the urgent care. She had massive swelling in her brain, and after a long, painful wait finally had surgery this morning and is miraculously 1000% better. We should have seen the signs, but we didn't. It's been months she's been deteriorating. Please don't wait if you or a loved one has a health issue. Just go.

I've had maybe two hours to myself this week and had to get in and do some dailies just to unwind. I've been rolling Elder's Marks and server hopping for a pink bat. Some kind soul yesterday bought a VEbreaks50 from my vendor for 20k and I got my bat from the raider vendor at White springs mall!!!
It doesn't stop there. I rolled a B5015crit and an AE15reload Elder's Marks one right after the other. Praise Todd! I really need that you guys. I had just left the hospital, kissing my future wife on her head for maybe the last time before her surgery and was just trying to unwind before the 3 hours of sleep of be getting.
Today while she was in surgery, I woke up, walked the dog and hopped on to see if that had really happened or if it was all a dream. Because I'm a degenerate, I vendor hopped for a minute and there before me, for the low price of 15k caps.... QE1A The Fixer. My Holy Grail. I bought it.
The surgery went well and my partner is 1000% feeling better and experiencing the relief that was denied her. Was RNGesus really looking out for me?
Thanks everyone, but to the person who vendored that fixer, you the goat. My girlfriend pretended to be happy for me through her fog of anesthesia.
