[2020] New voice over effect bug since patch

Not sure what I did but now every creature I initiate a fight with .. even molerats etc things that can't talk .. call me a communist and I'm to be eradicated etc etc .. and they provide updates during the fights as well, like after they take some damage, a lot of damage near fatal etc .. like full blown commentary

The voice sounds awesome don't get me wrong, but it sounds more like it belongs to a robot than molerats, radroaches ghouls and super mutants etc .. btw the normal creature chatter still happens too, but this over the top 'You will be eradicated', 'Communist detected on American soil' etc etc voice over plays over it much louder .. I like the echo though
