[2019] Plantable dirt tiles. Please!!

Bethesda can you please give us tiles of fertilized dirt we can plant in like FO4? And honestly could you please improve those so they can be snapped together to form a larger area? Maybe you could make a whole new foundation type and upper floor that you could not build on aside from the wall edges that would snap to other pieces, but the top is plantable soil so we can still wall or fence it in. It makes no sense that in the apocalyptic wasteland you can't build a proper indoor greenhouse. I'm so tired of trying to plant my crops on hills and uneven terrain every time I move. I wish I could just build a 3x3 foundation and plant on it and call it a day.
