I got multiple "server disconnected" messages (and rollbacks) today. After a few hours of trials and errors, I narrowed it down to an ammo stash bug. Every time I tried to put 4 plasma cartridges in, I got the soft crash message. I got rid of the culprits, since I do not use an associated weapon.
Note that today was also my re-subscription day, so maybe it is related.

I had the same issue a week ago. I had stashed some ammo and there was a single .308 separated from the others that I had to get rid of to stop the disconnect issue.
