For a number of us, these quests are still broken and uncompletable after all of this time.
For example, during Heart of the Enemy, you need to power up the centrifuge using the maintenance terminal in the reactor room. After hacking that terminal, the only entry present is "Archived Maintenance Logs". The option to bring it up is simply not there for my main character, nor for the main character of a teammate.
These are the last two achievements that I am missing. Any chance these can be fixed?
